Classes are being added periodically, as programs receive permission to operate onsite.
A parent volunteer maintains this site. Abernethy staff and volunteers are not responsible for these programs.
PTA Committee roles are to encourage a diversity of programs, direct programs to the application process, advertise programs with families (website, emails, etc.), respond to feedback from parents and Abernethy Administration (good or bad) about the programs.

For PROVIDERS of After School Enrichment Programs:
Please submit your CUB request here. Programs and parents can contact the Abernethy PTA Afterschool Programs Committee or the Abernethy Administration to see if there is interest in a program/ subject area. If there is space, Programs are advised to apply to PPS for a Civic Use Permit (CUB) for a fee. PPS/CUB communicates with Abernethy Administration who approves the CUB. Factors that might affect approvals include room availability, custodial services, proof of insurance and historic performance. Abernethy Administration sets rules on building access and drop off/pick up procedures.
