Abernethy Garden Afterschool Program

The Garden Afterschool Program (GAP) was created by the Abernethy PTA in 2015 to extend and support the education provided through School Kitchen Garden (SKG). Administration of the Garden Afterschool Program is all volunteer, and the proceeds are in support of the PTA.

The program is held in the garden classroom and the Garden of Wonders every weekday after school and is open to kindergarteners through 5th graders. Wholesome snacks and plenty of outdoor time are offered in between garden, art, and cooking activities.

SCHEDULE
The program runs Monday through Friday 3:00-5:30pm throughout the school year.
Currently GAP does not operate on holidays or No School days.

MONTHLY TUITION

  • 5 days per week: $360/mo.
  • 4 days per week: $300/mo.
  • 3 days per week: $230/mo.
  • 2 days per week: $165/mo.
  • 1 day per week:   $110/mo.

Tuition covers all programming, materials, and a daily snack.

TUITION PAYMENT

Monthly tuition for the coming month is due on the 1st of each month and you will be invoiced through QuickBooks Online with the ability to pay by credit card. We are not processing GAP Payments through this website this year. 

Invoices will be emailed a week in advance of the due date via Intuit. Invoices are sent to the email of the parent listed as Parent 1 when you registered for the program. A late fee may be charged if payment is delinquent. If you have questions about payments, please contact a program coordinator.
